The staff were super friendly and always willing to help. Beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. Loads of WC available so never had to wait. the location was perfect, with everything within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. the common area was well-designed and made it easy to meet other travelers. the hostel was spotlessly clean, thanks to the constant cleaning by the staff. the breakfast was the best I've had in a hostel, with a variety of options every day. the staff, especially Umutayi, were incredibly friendly and helpful.
